In the first instance they are just another symptom of metabolic dysfunction. It’s a call to get yourself back into exceptionally good shape.
People who are in exceptionally good shape don’t have many headaches.
Diet
The first place to look is your diet. As a society we’re becoming increasingly intolerant of wheat flour. Lay of bread, biscuits, pasta and cake for a week and see what happens to you. There is a good chance you’ll have more energy, fewer headaches, lose a kilo or so of weight and lower your blood pressure.
Then take a liver cleanse.
Fitness
Benefit of a a good aerobic fitness training program is that is stimulates elimination. It gets out of your body the fight and flight chemicals, the chemicals of a toxic environment and the waste products of your own metabolism.
Stress
Hitting your head against a brick wall is a surefire recipe for a headache!
